Our services range from grant consultancy, grant coordination to project management and dissemination activities.
What is the role of your organization in the CoFBAT project? What about your role?
Uniresearch is responsible for the overall project management, this includes amongst others organizing and preparing all (monthly EB and bi-annual GA) meetings, preparing the periodic reports and risk management. Furthermore, Uniresearch is task leader in the dissemination work package. My role is project manager and I am responsible for the management tasks described above.
What challenges have you met during the work with the CoFBAT project and how did you overcome them?
The CoFBAT project consists of partners who know their role in the project very well and collaboration between them is excellent. And with a technical coordinator who has a good overview of everything, managing the project goes without big challenges. The challenge Uniresearch has met so far concerns our dissemination activity of organizing the 1st webinar. Here we needed to think well of the purpose of the webinar and then communicate this properly to the partners. We were able to overcome this by following a three-step approach. First, we discussed the purpose internally, secondly, we involved the coordinator to discuss the content of the webinar and hence a committee of partners. Thirdly, we organized two good meetings with the webinar partners to get the set-up clear.
What is going to happen in the following months in your work?
In the following months Uniresearch will be busy organising the internal technical and financial reporting, organising the third General Assembly (online) and delivering the first periodic report by M18.
